Ankle booties are my biggest weakness when it comes to shoes – I have them on literally all year round. This year the western boots are the style to look for, and Toga Pulla is an emerging Japanese designer brand with their signature western boots that are trending all over the world. I was tossing between Toga Pulla Buckle Ankle Boots and the famous Chloe Suzanna which are quite similar, I went for the former because I love the unique design with their signature exquisite embellishments such as the leather fringe at the toe and the embossed plate on the heels. Moreover, both of them cut at the ankle but the fact that this pair has heels means that they will not make my legs look stumpy! Price point is not so bad for a designer shoe as they are in the lower spectrum, and I am totally smitten by their quality.

I am very much into the crop top with flare skirt siluoutte lately. I bought this crop top from Zara a while ago as a motivation to encourage me to lose the post baby weight, and I am so glad I can finally strut it after all the hard work! The tweed flare skirt is from my favorite brand Theory who do the best office-appropriate wear with a fashionable spin to it. Really loving their Fall 2014 collection and this lovely dress is also on the way. (SAKS is having a shop and save event for up to $250 off with code CNTMP14 ). The shades by Thierry Lasry has a lovely translucent taupe frame with marbling detail which is hard to capture in the picture. It is definitely on the higher end of price range for me, but they hand-make the most beautiful translucent gradient over-sized frame and I wanted to take a break from wearing the usual black shades.

My new all season shoes Aquazzura Sloane Cutout Sandals (part bootie) which goes well with literally everything. They can be teamed up with leather or denim for a classic off duty look, or they can be mixed with floral prints to add softness and glamour. There is a reason that they are selling like hotcakes..I had to wait for months to get my size in stock. I am one of those girls who can never find a piece of clothing or a pair of shoes when I purposely look for it, so I always tend to buy random things that I come across and fall in love. So I immediately bought the last pair in my size. The small sized silver studs complements the taupish beige color (also comes in black leather), and the concealed wedge is just a genius idea as it gives some invisible height as well as adding a casual and effortless spin to the look. I’ve been actively planning my new outfits once I unload the baby, so I have stocked these two new pairs of oxfords during the sales! One in white, and one in black. They are perfect for the spring and summer, and I cannot wait to wear them out with my Rag and Bone Dash Slouchy Jeans.

I can never have too many ankle booties as I literally wear them all year round with everything. Bought these a few weeks ago and I haven’t taken them off since. The Rag and Bone Newbury is such a timeless style to have, and in my opinion every girl needs at least one pair in their closet. If you already do, then this new style adds a fashion twist to the classic as perforated leather is everywhere this season, and they also make booties much more wearable during the hot weather. Love love!

Talking about temptation..I bought this pair from here which I really should be staying away from, but it’s just everything I wanted for a pair of perfect booties this fall. They are black, peep toe, with the signature Valentino studs. Just can’t say no…The style is timeless to me so they will last till I can rock in heels again!
