I buy myself a new everyday bag every start of the year, and my requirements for it have to be
– black
– roomy
– I can carry it either over my shoulder or with my elbow
– understated – no logo everywhere
– last but not least, it has to be light!
And I have finally found a lovely soft and slouchy grey-black Chanel Tote which is everything of what I am after! It has a distressed leather finish (similar finish as the classic reissue line)- so it looks quite worn already (in my mum’s opinion!) which means I can toss it around everywhere without worrying…The logo is very understated, but the signature Chanel Chain around the bag provides a sense of reassurance.
FYI: It is a size Medium and retails for USD$2900.

OMG…omg!!…I can’t believe I got my dream shoes – The Christian Louboutin Spiked Peeptoe Pump . As I was doing my random browsing with my friend today, I said to her” The Louboutin Spiked Pumps are my ultimate dream shoes. Only if I could ever get a pair.. as they are probably the most highly coveted shoes in the world.” There are very limited stocks supplied to every country (probably only 1 to 2 pairs in different sizes) and they do get snatched up quickly by the VIPs even before they hit the shelves. So as we walked past by the Louboutin shop, I was holding absolutely no hope but my friend “dragged” me in anyway , and guess what?!! I saw a pair on display!! Yes the latest Spring 2012 Christian Louboutin Spiked Peeptoe Pump just arrived a day ago, and there are only two pairs available in Sydney (size 36 and size 40). So I tried the size 36 on, and were they a little too small? Yes! Too expensive? Bloody Hell!! But who cares, I am not going to let them go.
Beige leather, gold spikes and THE red soles, absolute perfection.
Bottom Line: Every girl needs a pair of Louboutin!

Part of my fashion haul from US – a pair of timeless black patent leather pumps with an edge, as it has a silver metal toe engraved with Chanel which seems to be the style of the moment. Very low key as the logo is hardly visible when worn, and most importantly I can run in them!

Tory Burch had my heart racing! I had seen Tory Burch on many online retailers, but strangely it had never caught my attention until the day I stepped into the Tory Burch Boutique on Robertson Blvd. Can I just say the pictures on many websites do not do their justice, because everything just looked so much better in real life. Their clothes are beautifully made with premium fabrics, and immaculately tailored with intricate details. Their accessories and jewelery all have a unique design (rather than following the mainstream styles) and they look and feel expensive. After an hour of indecisive pondering…I decided to splurge.

This has to be the highlight of haul! I love to explore new brands and I am really glad I found Sunday Riley. They have an amazing skincare and makeup line that is only avaialbe at Barneys. As a newibe to their brand I bought some of their star products. I just started using the samples given to me, they are amazing. I highly recommend to you check out this line at Barneys if you can.

I needed a pair of new flats desperately. As I was browsing my usual websites Neiman Marcus and Saks for ideas…I clicked into Ferragamo subconsciously. It is a brand that I adore for their flats and pumps for their timeless styles. My heart skipped a few beats when I saw this pair, it is everything I wanted for my new flats – beigy taupe color, chunky gold buckle at the front, intricate leather detailing. So I rushed down to my local Ferragamo counter and bought the last pair in my size. Love it!

As soon as mum told me she would be going to UK, I was over the moon! Partly because I was excited for her trip, and mostly because she could bring me back Suqqu – a brand that I lust after THE most.
You know you can trust a woman to buy your makeup for you, and mum did a fantastic job as she got me everything I had on my shopping list. I was like a little kid opening lots of Christmas presents, and so far everything totally lives up to my expectation. They just look and feel amazing, and look too precious to be used.
The shopaholic side of me was kicking myself that I really should have gotten more – ideally the entire range. The realist side of me was glad that I didn’t..the bill of these items was quite shocking already haha.
